Alaska Premier Underwriter's claims department closely monitors claims with our carriers and retail agents to ensure the client receives the best possible service after a loss. It is of the utmost importance to report a claim as soon as possible so that all parties involved can get the nessesary information needed to successfully settle the claim quickly and efficiently.
When a Loss Occurs
Insureds: please report claims to your current Agent/Broker.
Agents/Brokers: please email a completed Acord Loss Notice (linked below) to the appropriate Carrier.

Please include:

As much detail as possible regarding the loss

Name & phone number of Insured's contact (be sure to include area code)

Any special handling required or requested

HOW TO REPORT A CLAIM
In order to expedite this process, please be prepared to furnish as much of the following information as possible:

Your policy number

Date, time and location of the loss/accident

Details of the loss/accident

Name, address and phone number of any involved parties

If applicable, name of law enforcement agency or fire department along with the incident number
