It is of the utmost importance to report a claim as soon as possible so that all parties involved can get the nessesary information needed to successfully settle the claim quickly and efficiently.
When a Loss Occurs
Insureds: please report claims to your current Agent/Broker.
Agents/Brokers: please email a completed Acord Loss Notice (linked below) immediately to our claims department. Then follow the appropriate Carrier's claims proceedures (featured below).

Name & phone number of local contact at property location
Any special handling required or requested

HOW TO REPORT A CLAIM
In order to expedite this process, please be prepared to furnish as much of the following information as possible:
Your policy number
Date, time and location of the loss/accident
Details of the loss/accident
Name, address and phone number of any involved parties
If applicable, name of law enforcement agency or fire department along with the incident number
Please refer to your policy for specific claim reporting requirements.
